Service Cancelation

Tide provides flexibility for service cancellation at any time. Additionally, Service Plans (SPs) or Reserved Instances (RIs) can be unlinked from your billing organization and transferred to another Tide customer.

For account cancellations, Tide’s Master Service Agreement (MSA) stipulates a notice period based on the value of reservations under management:

  • For monthly reservation values up to $10,000, a 30-day notice is required.

  • For monthly reservation values exceeding $10,000, a 120-day notice is necessary.
